MISSION STATEMENT

Our company is aimed at growing the hockey community in Japan. We want to bring more teams and people together, and expand the hockey experience for everyone in a variety of ways. We also want to attract the attention of the general public to have them be more aware of hockey!

Johnny Andrews CEO and Creative Director

Johnny has been playing hockey for over 22 years, starting off playing in his hometown of East Providence, Rhode Island, USA. He played college hockey on the Waseda Titans , and currently plays for SONY in the D-1 Kanagawa league. He also helped launch the EAHF in 2018.

Kurodo Osawa President and Business Director

Kuroudo started to play ice hockey when he was 3 years old with Seiji Takahashi (Oji Eagles #8). Between 12 ~18 years old, he left hockey and stopped chasing the puck. He was just chasing beautiful ladies instead. He came back to the ice when he went to university in Tokyo with the Waseda Titans for 3 years. After that he played in Tokyo with the Vanguards for a year. In 2016, he moved to Vancouver, Canada, played hockey in a Beer league. There he truly learned what ice hockey was about, community. After this journey, he came back to Tokyo and built the social ice hockey community called "In The Box Hockey" with his best friend Johnny Andrews!
